Honestly, such promises are often thrown at us teachers - a sure fire way to get your students producing A* (old school I know) work if you just use this text book / resource / powerpoint etc. Well, I have become increasingly disillusioned with the publishing world and more enamoured with the science behind it all. The latest talk has been on interleaving - an approach in which students tackle a myriad of topics rather than block teaching.
